Product Description
The Darafeev 938 Maple Backless Adjustable Swivel Vanity Stool with Casters pairs a thick upholstered seat with a solid maple, five-star caster base that adjusts with a lever. At just 18” square with no back, it rolls neatly under a vanity, desk or game table and is easy to move from room to room.
Vanity, Desk or Game Table
Use it at a makeup vanity, a writing desk or a poker table. The adjustable seat lets you set exactly the right height for each.
Handcrafted from Solid Maple
Each 938 is built to order from solid maple and finished by hand in Darafeev’s Southern California factory. Choose from more than two dozen maple finishes, from light Dune and Ledge Rock to rich Espresso, Matte Black and hand-distressed tones.
Comfort That Lasts
The 3 1/2” seat pairs high-resiliency foam with suspension seating, and the upholstery is pulled tight so the cushion keeps its shape through years of daily use.
Adjustable Height on Casters
A lever under the seat raises and lowers it from 18” to 22”, and the swivel base rolls smoothly on casters, so it is easy to pull up to a poker table, dining table or desk. Choose a caster cap finish to match your table or hardware.
Customized for Your Space
Upholster the seat in Darafeev fabric, Crypton performance fabric, vinyl, or genuine leather in two grades and choose a caster cap finish. Swatches for every option are shown below.
