COVID 19 Information

Barstool Designs is still taking orders and handling all customer service questions and live chats. All plants are planned to reopen for production mid April. All orders placed will be in que of order date for when production starts. We will send order updates and shipping information as we receive it. We are still taking sample orders and you can rest assured that our employees are practicing safe protocols when handling and packaging sample order requests. We are keeping staff on and so we can support them and our clients.

What is 110% price guarantee and what are the 110% guarantee policies?

What is our Return Policy

To receive a full 100% money back refund please adhere to the following guidelines:

The customer is responsible for repackaging the merchandise in the original packing and boxes and returning it freight prepaid and insured in the original packaging to Barstool Designs. You must obtain a return request authorization before shipping any returns form Barstool Designs, please call our office. Do not return any items to the manufacturer they will not refund your purchase please contact Barstool Designs first.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Amisco(Updated 9/15/2020) Please be advised that due to the virus all new orders will have an 8 to 9 week production lead time, the number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but should not be more than 7 more business days.

Amisco has resumed producing at full capacity and they are taking every action possible such as hiring as many people as possible and offering overtime to their employees but the order entry still remains above expectation.

We will continue to monitor this situation very closely and advise you of any further changes if necessary. Please trust that we will always update all orders when they ship and provide a tracking number and you will receive an order update email. However, if you need to contact us please do not hesitate to use our chat below. Thank you for your understanding.

Trica – All orders usually ship from the manufacturer within 6-8 weeks. The number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but should not be more than 7 more business days.

Holiday Shipping

December Holiday Season: The last day to place your order for guaranteed delivery before December 24th for the Holidays and before Amisco’s winter closing is October 5th.  All orders placed after will not be guaranteed.

Amisco plants close from December 24th to January 3rd.  Any orders place at this time will be placed in production based on the time Amisco received the order.


Last day to ship your order guaranteed before winter closing is December 6th.  All orders placed after will not be guaranteed.  Trica plants close from December 23rd to January 8th.  Any orders placed at this time will be placed in production based on the time Trica received the order.

Can I see physical samples of metal, fabric, and wood colors that are available on barstools?

Once you decide on the bar stool model and height you like, you can place the order over in the samples section here Shop Samples. Once you decide, just let us know and we will give you a promo code for the cost of the samples off your order.

Do all barstools come with a swivel? What is a memory swivel?

Yes. Unless labeled with the word “Stationary” or “With Memory Return” all barstools come standard with a regular 360 degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the regular swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.

Who is the carrier that delivers the stools to my home or business?

UPS delivers all orders placed through our online store. UPS does not require a signature for delivery and all packages are driver release so they will leave them on your porch.

Should I reject the delivery? What if one or more of the boxes arrive damaged?

No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, go ahead and accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after UPS leaves. If there are any damages(such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.) call us and we will arrange for replacements parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool. Replacing just one part of the stool is usually faster than replacing the entire stool.

Is it difficult to assemble the stools once they arrive?

No. Assembly is very easy, and easy-to-read instructions are included with every stool and all Amisco Stools have the pdf instruction on the product pages, some also have videos. What methods of payment are accepted?

Can I order any Trica or Amisco product that I found on another site that are not shown on your web site?

Barstool designs sells specific lines of furniture that you will not find at big box stores like Wayfare, Jet and many other websites. This is because we sell customizable products and not just a stool in only a set combination of finishes.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Currently, we only sell to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. This is due to us using UPS and the packages are big and heavy and we offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our products.
