Our Shipping Status Updates

Processing – We have received your order successfully.

Order in Queue – Your order has been sent to the manufacture.  The manufacturer will send an acknowledgment in 3 to 5 business days.  You will receive an email with your estimated ship date.

Order Being Fulfilled – Your order has been acknowledged by the manufacturer.  Depending on the manufacturer, your order should be shipping in 6 to 12 weeks.

Order Complete – Your order is completed! You should have an email with tracking information or received a phone call with freight instructions.  You can expect your order in 5 to 7 days depending on the location of your shipping address.

What is 110% price guarantee and what are the 110% guarantee policies?

Barstool Designs values you as a customer and wants to ensure that you receive the best price available. If you happen to find a lower online price and meet the terms and conditions below, Barstool Designs will give you 110% of the difference. Shop with confidence at Barstool Designs!

Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

  • The product must be the exact same make, model, and color as purchased at Barstooldesigns.com.
  • Certain items are excluded from the Price Guarantee
  • The online merchant must be an established U.S. site, as determined by Barstooldesigns.com. This Price Guarantee does not apply to auction sites
  • Price Guarantee applies to price of the item, prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, processing fees, taxes, etc.
  • Claims must be received via e-mail within 30 days from purchase date.
  • Limited to three claims per customer in any 60 day time period.

Shipping Times

Wesley Allen

Wesley Allen products take approximately 2-8 weeks to be made and then there will be 5-7 working days for the items to be shipped to you. All Wesley Allen products are proudly manufactured in Los Angles California.

Amisco

Amisco is currently operating on approximately a 4-week production lead time; the number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but it should not be more than 7 more business days.

Trica

All orders usually ship from the manufacturer within 6-8 weeks. The number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but should not be more than 7 more business days.

Callee Newport Quickship:

The Callee Newport Line is Quckship and can leave the warehouse in as little as 4-7 Business days. The number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but should not be more than 7 more business days.

Signature Line: All orders usually ship from the manufacturer within 6-8 weeks. The number of days it takes once they ship depends on your location, but should not be more than 7 more business days.

What is our Return Policy

Bar Stool Designs Return Policy

At Bar Stool Designs, we take pride in crafting custom, made-to-order bar stools that are designed by our clients. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we maintain a very strict return policy:

All Sales Are Final: As each bar stool is uniquely crafted based on your specifications, they are not eligible for return or resale.

Exceptions: In rare cases, returns may be considered if requested within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved by BarStoolDesigns.com. If a return is accepted:

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Condition: The product must be returned unassembled, undamaged, and in its original factory packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that failure to meet these conditions will result in the refusal of the return.

Order Cancelation

Canceling an order after it is placed

You can cancel an order after it is placed within 24hours or 1 business day if an order is placed on a weekend. Failure to cancel an order in the requested time frame can result in a restocking fee.

Due to the nature of the supply chain, everything is varying in shipping times. We will do everything to get you your order as fast as anyone can. Holiday Shipping

Amisco

(2024) December Holiday Season: To receive delivery before December 24th, please order by November 1st

Please note that the Amisco factory will be closed from December 24th to January 3rd, 2025 for the Holiday Season. We will still take orders during that time and send the factory orders by the date an order was placed for when the factory opens. Please do not wait until the factory starts production to get your order in, or it will be weeks behind other orders that we received ahead of yours.

Can I see physical samples of metal, fabric, and wood colors that are available on barstools?

Once you decide on the bar stool model and height you like, you can place the order over in the samples section here Shop Samples. Once you decide, just let us know and we will give you a promo code for the cost of the samples off your order.

Do all barstools come with a swivel? What is a memory swivel?

No many of our stools are non-swivel or stationary stools meaning they do not swivel. All Swivel barstools come standard with a regular 360 degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the regular swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.

Who is the carrier that delivers the stools to my home or business?

UPS delivers all orders placed through our online store. UPS does not require a signature for delivery and all packages are driver release so they will leave them on your porch.

Should I reject the delivery? What if one or more of the boxes arrive damaged?

No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, go ahead and accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after UPS leaves. If there are any damages(such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.) call us and we will arrange for replacements parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool. Replacing just one part of the stool is usually faster than replacing the entire stool.

Is it difficult to assemble the stools once they arrive?

No. Assembly is very easy, and easy-to-read instructions are included with every stool and all Amisco Stools have the pdf instruction on the product pages, some also have videos. Also, if you have any questions while you are putting one together, feel free to give us a call and we can guide you in the right direction.

What methods of payment are accepted?

At Barstool Designs we accept the following credit cards as well as debit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB. Please know that we use an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for complete privacy, protection and encription of your information on our entire website. We also use Authorize.net to process our payments for a worry-free checkout process that is very secure. We do not Save Credit Card information nor do we ever under any circumstances share or sell your information. We also accept checks through our payment gateways as well. Can I order any Trica or Amisco product that I found on another site that are not shown on your web site?

Barstool designs sells specific lines of furniture that you will not find at big box stores like Wayfare, Jet and many other websites. This is because we sell customizable products and not just a stool in only a set combination of finishes.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Currently, we only sell to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. This is due to us using UPS and the packages are big and heavy and we offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our products.
