Our knowledgeable design team is here to help you create the perfect look for your home or commercial space. With hundreds of metal finishes, wood finishes, fabrics, leathers, and upholstery options available, every piece is built specifically for you.
Because your furniture is custom made, the ordering, manufacturing, and shipping process is different than purchasing stock furniture from a large online retailer. This page explains exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your home.
Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders placed on Sunday should be reported first thing Monday morning by calling: (954) 362-3806
After the initial 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee that production has not already begun. Because our furniture is custom manufactured specifically for your order, once production starts, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Order Timeline
Step 1: Your Order is Submitted
Immediately after your order is placed, we submit it directly to the manufacturer so production can begin.
Step 2: Manufacturer Acknowledgement (48–72 Business Hours)
Within 48–72 business hours, the manufacturer typically acknowledges your order and provides an estimated production and shipping timeframe.
Once we receive that information, we’ll email you your estimated shipping schedule.
Please remember that these dates are manufacturer estimates and are subject to change.
Step 3: Production
Your furniture is handcrafted specifically for you.
Unlike warehouse furniture, custom furniture moves through the manufacturer’s production schedule and generally does not include real-time progress updates.
Step 4: Shipment
When your order ships, the manufacturer provides us with your tracking information.
We will promptly forward your tracking number and shipping information to you by email.

To ensure accurate information and maintain a record of all communication, we ask that order status requests be submitted by email rather than by phone.
Return Policy
At BarStool Designs, every custom bar stool and furniture piece is built specifically to your selected finishes, fabrics, dimensions, and options.
Because these products are manufactured exclusively for you, we maintain a strict return policy.

All Sales Are Final
Custom furniture cannot typically be returned or resold because it has been built to your individual specifications.
For this reason, all sales are considered final.
All returns require prior authorization.
Limited Return Exceptions
In rare circumstances, BarStool Designs may approve a return request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
All returns require prior authorization.
If Approved:
- A 30% restocking fee will apply.
- Products must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in their original factory packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Products that do not meet these requirements will be refused.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice damage:
- Inspect every carton before signing.
- Photograph any damaged packaging.
- Note all visible damage on the driver’s delivery receipt.
- Contact BarStool Designs immediately.
If your shipment is delivered without a signature and you later discover damage:
- Photograph the packaging.
- Photograph the damaged product.
- Contact us as soon as possible.
Please remember that damage to the outer packaging does not always mean the furniture itself has been damaged. Prompt reporting simply allows us to work with the freight carrier and manufacturer to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Because manufacturers have strict claim deadlines, we encourage customers to report shipping damage immediately after delivery. Delayed reports may limit our ability to obtain replacement parts or process freight claims.
