Design & Craftsmanship
The Laurent is built around its headboard. Standing 60 inches tall, it rises straight behind the pillows, then sweeps forward at each side like the wings of a classic chair, giving the bed a sheltered, hotel-suite feel.
The upholstered surround sits low at 16 inches and is wrapped in the same fabric as the headboard, so the bed looks like one continuous piece. A thin line of iron traces the back of the headboard and the base of the surround, letting the metal finish show without competing with the fabric.
Like every Wesley Allen bed, the Laurent is handcrafted to order on a precision-welded steel frame hidden beneath the upholstery, then finished with a hand-applied, oven-baked powder coat on the exposed iron.
Make It Yours
Pair a soft velvet with Matte Black for a dramatic look, or go warmer with a textured weave and one of the hand-brushed metallic finishes. Choose from Wesley Allen fabrics, Revolution performance fabrics and vinyls, or send your own material, and order the bed on a box spring frame or a platform frame with solid wood slats.
