    Purchasing your bar stools required patience. We first saw you stools in the home of good friends in Park City UT. I next visited and ordered the stools from your website, choosing the color of leather and frame color we desired. However, after the order was placed, it took ‘forever’ finally to get communication of the status of our order. Finally, I did get an email and details about the order, but the production process seemed exceedingly long.

    The good news is that when we received the stools the quality exceeded our expectations. They extremely well made, the leather used was top quality and the exact color we wanted and the stools were packaged sturdily and arrived in unblemished condition considering their shipment all the way to Central California.

    We remain very pleased with our purchase. Suggestion: Better communication about your production timing. I had to ‘press’ to get a completion date that initially made me uncomfortable. Finally I received good communication, we received the stools after a long wait, but the product was and is excellent.
