Product Description
The Darafeev Ace Oak Low-Back Upholstered Swivel Bar Stool is built for easy, everyday comfort. A round 3 1/2” cushion and a curved, padded back hug you just enough without closing off the room. Because the back sits low, the Ace slides neatly under most countertops, keeping sightlines open in kitchens and along bars.
Low Back, Big Comfort
The oak Ace has the same friendly, rounded shape as the maple version, with oak’s open grain adding a warmer, more casual character. Photos show the maple Ace.
Handcrafted from Solid Oak
Each Ace is built to order from solid oak and finished by hand in Darafeev’s Southern California factory. Oak’s open grain shows through finishes like Honey, Tudor, Tobacco and Rustic Pewter for a warm, traditional look.
Comfort That Lasts
The 3 1/2” seat pairs high-resiliency foam with suspension seating, and the upholstery is pulled tight so the cushion keeps its shape through years of daily use.
Smooth 360° Swivel
A smooth 360° swivel makes it easy to turn toward the conversation or step away from the counter. Prefer a tidier look? Choose the optional memory-return swivel, which turns the seat back to face forward when you get up.
Customized for Your Space
Upholster the seat and back in Darafeev fabric, Crypton performance fabric, vinyl, or genuine leather in two grades and add an optional metal footplate. Swatches for every option are shown below.
Counter or Bar Height
Choose 26” counter height for standard 36” kitchen counters, or 30” bar height for 42” bars.
