Product Description
The Darafeev 977 Maple Billiard Spectator Chair with Arms is made for the edge of the game room. Its 30” seat height lifts guests high enough to see over the table, and a 27 1/2” wide seat gives each person room to relax. Wide arms and a cushioned back turn a spot along the wall into the best seat in the house during a tournament or watch party.
Made for the Game Room
Darafeev became a leading supplier of billiard-room furniture in the 1980s, and the 977 comes straight from that tradition. Line up a pair along the wall, or match it to a Darafeev table in the same finish.
Handcrafted from Solid Maple
Each 977 is built to order from solid maple and finished by hand in Darafeev’s Southern California factory. Choose from more than two dozen maple finishes, from light Dune and Ledge Rock to rich Espresso, Matte Black and hand-distressed tones.
Comfort That Lasts
The 3 1/2” seat pairs high-resiliency foam with suspension seating, and the upholstered back keeps you comfortable through a long night of games.
Stationary Spectator Seating
The 977 sits on four solid maple legs with a stretcher-braced base rather than a swivel, so it stays put along the wall and gives a steady, chair-like seat while you watch.
Customized for Your Space
Upholster the seat and back in Darafeev fabric, Crypton performance fabric, vinyl, or genuine leather in two grades and add an optional metal footplate. Swatches for every option are shown below.
Bar Height
The 977 is made in 30” bar height, which suits 42” bars and lets seated guests see comfortably over a pool table.
