Our Shipping and Return Info
Returning Your Order
When you make your finish selections PLEASE make sure they what you want as these are custom products and returns are difficult. We will accept returns but the stools need to be packed exactly as they were in their boxes off the truck and you need to pay to ship them back to us before we can process a refund.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you want or need to cancel an order you must do so within 24hrs or if placed Monday through Saturday, if placed on Sunday please call us first thing Monday morning at (888) 856-9188. After 24hrs we can not guarantee that the factory has not started production of your custom order and the production process can not be stopped.

What to Expect on Delivery Day
When your order arrives you will need to sign for it but before you sign it inspect all the cartons for any damage to the boxes, take pictures and note it on the delivery receipt before the delivery service leaves your house and then contact us. In the event that the driver leaves your packages at your door and there is damage please take pictures so we can see the damage.
If you have damage on the boxes that does not mean the product has been damaged however things can always happen in shipping anything and we will solve the issue.
It is best to let us know of any damages as soon as you notice them as we will be unable to provide replacement parts after time passes.

We just received six Oliva counter height swivel stools today and with blown away with our entire experience.
