Will my item look exactly like the picture?

BarStoolDesigns.com makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. We try to be as accurate as possible with measurements and colors. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements.

 

How can I see physical sample of metal, fabrics, and wood colors that are available?

There is a maximum of 3 metal samples and unlimited fabric samples that will be sent out. Upon, making a decision the metal samples will be returned back to our company.

 

Will the furniture require assembly? All parts including screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers.

 

Do all barstools come with a swivel?

Yes. Unless labeled with the word "Stationary", all barstools come standard with a regular 360 degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the regular swivel.

What is memory swivel?

A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.

Because all orders are custom designed and manufactured, they cannot be cancelled once placed. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have and provide samples prior to ordering so you will feel confident in your selections.

What if I order a barstool and then decide later to change the seat color? Could I order seats separately without buying a new stool?

Yes. We can special order any seat color that is available online. The cost varies, but is significantly lower than purchasing a new stool.

Do you charge sales tax?

There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Florida. BarStoolDesigns.com will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within the state of FL. This will be added to your final total when placing your order.

We ship UPS Ground. We send tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your furniture to your door.

How can I ensure that the barstools I order are going to be comfortable?

All of the barstools sold online do vary in comfort, but all are very comfortable to start with. To figure out which one is best for you, it may be helpful to give us a call and we would be glad to describe in detail the stool's level of comfort as well as its specific measurements.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?  Should I reject the package?”

No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, go ahead and accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stools after UPS leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.) call us and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool. Replacing just one part of the stool is usually faster than replacing the entire stool.

 

If a stool is damaged, may I still use it until Barstooldesigns.com sends the replacement parts, and do I have to return the damaged part(s)?

Yes, you may still assemble the stool(s) in their damaged state, if possible, and use them until the replacement part(s) arrive.
